This is everything you may need to know before your appointment!

I think lol

  • Every tattoo is different and pricing can vary depending on size, style, and detail of the tattoo. For reference my minimum is $150 per appointment (very very small tattoos may be as low as $100). A good round about pricing is 3-4 inch tattoos between $250-$350, 5-6 inch between $450-500. My full day appointment at the shop usually isn’t more than $800.

  • I require a 50 non-refundable deposit that will come off the final cost of the tattoo.

Please be aware of scammers. I will send you a link to book from my email address back to private booking pages on my website. Please add my email to your contacts now so you know it’s me! ChromaticSauce.CS@gmail.com

If I book you myself for conventions or any other reason deposits will probably go through either Zelle or my Venmo (for conventions mostly). I have my Venmo linked on my website and my Zelle is my email chromaticsauce.cs@gmail.com

  • I’m currently a resident artist at Daruma Tattoo 2205 Delsea Dr Suite C, Franklinville, NJ 08322. This is where our appointment will be. When you get there it’s in the strip mall and around the corner to the right!

(make sure you have the right address its not the one in Toms River lol)

  • You can fill out my booking form on my website, after that you’ll receive an email from me chromaticsauce.cs@gmail.com (add it to your contacts now!) In the email i’ll let you know pricing and ask any other questions I may have about your design. There will also be a link back to a private page on my website so you can book your appointment through my Calendly for a day that works best for you!

  • Stay hydrated the week before. Make sure you’re well rested for the day of. Eat within 4 hours before your appointment so your blood sugar doesn’t crash. Bring snacks too if you’d like (especially for long tattoos). Don’t forget to bring your Photo ID.

  • You can pay Cash or Card at the shop. Every transaction is taxed.

Card payments have an additional 3% transaction fee.

If you’re getting tattooed by me at a convention I accept cash only!

Also always be wary of scammers accepting money on my behalf; my deposit payments go through my Calendly on my website and I have links to my Venmo on my website so you know it’s legit!

  • I don’t typically do the drawing too far in advance. Sometimes I’ll finish up the design while you’re in the shop just to make sure you like the sketch too! I’m always open to changing aspects of the design if there is anything you don’t like. Full redesigns during the appointment may be subject to rescheduling depending on complexity / time so make sure you’re as descriptive as possible when filling out my booking form.

  • While it’s not my preference and I don’t necesarily recommend it, a lot of people really enjoy using numbing cream. I just ask that you let me know ahead of time if you plan on using any. Sometimes we may want to apply it in the shop before the stenciling process. Don’t forget: do your research, do a patch test.

  • All I ask for is open communication! Don’t leave me hanging. That being said, repeat cancellations /reschedules could result in the forfeiture of your deposit and potentially any future appointments.

  • I do not typically tattoo people under the age of 18. I occasionally will tattoo something small on someone at least 16 yrs old. With parent consent and parent present.

  • I frequently will offer a piece of second skin for most tattoos; you may feel it’s convenient to purchase a roll for yourself for after you get home but that’s not necessary.

You will need unscented hand soap. I frequently recommend dial gold hand soap but any will do. You will need an unscented lotion for after you wash. You may also instead just want to get a dedicated tattoo wash and lotion/ointment but that would be up to you!
